Would definitely recommend Broadstairs MOT. Whether it’s an MOT, servicing or other issues, the staff are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m a fairly young driver and had an issue which I dealt with for the first time and I didn’t feel uncomfortable and everything was explained in detail over the phone and in person. Katy and her team are are excellent!

Simon and Katie were brilliant. My car needed a major problem to be fixed. The car taken in quickly and the diagnosis completely rapidly. I was then fully informed and updated at critical points throughout the repair procedure. The work required was extensive but the price was reasonable and considerably cheaper than what the main dealer would have charged. The car now runs perfectly and has not caused any issues at all. All paperwork was provided with recommendations for future use and maintenance too. The whole experience was a delight and I cannot recommend them enough. Great business with great people.

I had been experiencing diesel fumes inside the car for some time, due to a previous replacement of the turbo on my Range Rover Evoque. The Broadstairs MOT Centre was recommended to me and I took the car in.
The level of professionalism was evident right from the start. Katie, the receptionist was much more than just a call taker and booking in clerk. She was really knowledgeable and was able to explain just what was going on at every stage of the process.
The whole process of the repair took nearly six weeks. I'm glad though, because the team carried out the most thorough assessment of the problems that I'd ever seen done in nearly fifty years as a car owner.
The problems were many. The previous garage had failed to ensure that all the seals around the turbo charger and exhaust and manifold were properly sealed. Bolts had snapped off and some were even missing.
The new turbo, fitted only six months before, had been damaged and needed reconditioning. It was sent to a company in the Midlands for repair, but was back in just a week.
They were able to diagnose these issues properly because they had the right equipment and they didn't rush. Everything they did was handed to me on a written report.
All the repairs and replacement of fluids and filters virtually amounted to a major service, so the garage added a new cabin filter and marked it up as a major service, without any extra charge. They de-odourised the aircon to help get rid of the residual smell of diesel fumes. They also carried out the MOT, which it passed.
The car is now running better than ever and, crucially, there's no smell of diesel fumes in the car.
I couldn't be happier with the thoroughness and professionalism of the whole team and the quality of the repairs. I'd recommend this garage to anyone.

I am overjoyed with the service the team at Broadstairs MOT Centre carried out. My car is a 23 years old rare german sports car. Previously, i would have taken it to a specialist, but due to timing i booked it for a service in Broadstairs.
Before taking the car in, they asked me if there was anything that concerned me. I shared the 2 or 3 things that were taking some of the pleasure away from driving the car.
The service went well, and they resolved all my teething issues as well. The car has never driven so well. Even down to an annoying squeak that i could not diagnose, they resolved that too.
I can't recommend the team enough. Great service, extremely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.

Hybrid battery check revealed the issue! My 2022 Toyota Yaris Hybrid wouldn’t start after being parked for a few weeks. Bosch Car Service quickly sent a technician to jumpstart it and take it to their workshop. Their hybrid battery check diagnosed a faulty battery and they even contacted Toyota for possible known battery issues for this model. Following their advice, I booked an appointment with Toyota dealer, who later confirmed the issue and replaced the hybrid battery under warranty. Great service—highly recommended.

Great to see them constantly improving. Always been polite and professional to me and if it's any testament to their workmanship my car has now done 260,000 miles and counting.

Fantastic service, managed to squeeze us in last minute with one of the camper vans. a full service check auxiliary belt and other odds were completed swiftly and efficiently.

Upon ringing around for costs, they were not the cheapest but by far are the best service we have received recently, I suppose it’s the same old saying you get what you pay for!

I've been a loyal customer of Broadstairs MOT Centre for years, and in my opinion they are undoubtedly the best in Thanet. Owner, Simon and his staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I use them for my personal and work vehicles. I feel I’m in safe, hands and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always take their time to explain any mechanical issues in terms that is easy for us non mechanical minded people to understand.
