Parking
We are a very busy garage and have a small forecourt that cannot always accommodate all our customer vehicles. Please be advised that you may be required to park, or collect, your vehicle in a neighbouring street.
There is a public car park behind the workshop that you can pay for parking if you wish.
Make an Online Booking Request
Please note that when making a booking enquiry online – this is not a confirmed booking.
One of the team will call you to confirm the date requested and works to be undertaken. We receive a large number of enquiries that include incorrect information and leads to issues on the day for our team.
The Bosch email you will receive is not a confirmed booking as the platform does not cross-reference with our diary and availability of technicians.
Specify a Time
Customers may request a time they would like their vehicle back at the point of booking (in-person, over the phone or online) so we may try to accommodate wherever possible.
However, this is not always possible due to the variety of works we undertake and the time required to complete those works; vehicles that require specific ramps; and delays caused by additional works/parts which is out of our control. We appreciate your understanding with this.
Service Advice
Please be advised that we aim to follow manufacturer servicing schedules and help customers understand what their car needs and why due to age and mileage – this is not generic and does require clarity from our team to ensure the best service is provided to meet your needs and requirements.
